1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let a website remember your session, preferences, and activity across visits. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and analytics identifiers.
2. Essential Cookies
These cookies are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off. They include the session cookie that keeps you signed in and security cookies that help detect abuse. Essential cookies are set when you log in and do not require consent.
3. Analytics Cookies
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-V5V3BPHX2M) to understand how visitors use the platform — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and where users drop off. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized where possible (IP anonymization is enabled), and is used to improve lessons, navigation, and performance.
4. Preference & Feature Storage
We store small amounts of data in your browser (localStorage) to remember settings such as your onboarding choices, reading theme, and in-progress interactions. This data stays on your device unless you clear it.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and private/incognito modes limit long-term storage. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
