Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: August 15, 2026Effective Date: September 1, 2026

Avenpath is a learning community built on respect, honesty, and safety. This policy describes the conduct we require and the behavior that will not be tolerated.

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Avenpath, including students, parents, and any linked accounts. By using the platform, you agree to act lawfully, honestly, and respectfully.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Avenpath to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or defame any person or group.
  • Post hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate other people, institutions, or staff.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, data, or private content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content beyond reasonable personal use.
  • Introduce malware, exploit the service, or interfere with its operation.
  • Use automated tools to generate content in a way that abuses our AI systems or rate limits.
  • Spam, phish, or send unsolicited messages through the platform.

3. Academic Integrity

Practice assessments are for your own learning. Do not misrepresent AI-generated answers as your own work in school, university, or examination settings. We encourage using the platform to prepare honestly, not to bypass assessments elsewhere. Avenpath does not guarantee any academic outcome.

4. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

Parents and guardians who link to a child's account may view that child's progress and assignments. You agree to use management access responsibly, to respect the child's privacy, and not to use the relationship to harass or pressure the child.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, issue warnings, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our discretion and without notice where required to prevent harm. Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent bans. We may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates this policy, report it through the support page or email us at legal@avenpathlearn.com. Reports are reviewed by our team and treated confidentially to the extent possible.

7. Contact

Not sure whether something is allowed? Ask before you do it — email legal@avenpathlearn.com or use the contact page.
